Like most standard application servers, we use log files. This includes internet

referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to
analyze trends, administer the Site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and
gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are
not linked to personally identifiable information.

Though we make every effort to preserve users' privacy, we may need to disclose
personal information when required to by law wherein we have a good-faith belief

court order or legal process served on our helpdesk.

This helpdesk takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When
users submit sensitive information via the helpdesk, their information is
protected.
WTS operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and
password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically
reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access
to the information provided by our customers.
